My brother went shopping around the area and had driven quite a few different cars, he liked the fact there was a Car Fact's info on the vehicle he purchased for me, it was a surprise gift a urgently needed. The staff in the service department And the technicians that provides service have always been very friendly and helpful. I usually have no issue getting the vehicle in timely. They offer suggestions, but do not press for sales. I appreciate this business.

While traveling in the area from Maine, our 2026 2500 Ram was having issues draining the battery. After checking with some local Ram dealerships, LPK service team was able to get our truck into their schedule. The issue was diagnosed and problem addressed under warranty. The service team was great to deal with and got us back on the road fairly quickly. Appreciate their efforts to help us.

We had an emergent situation with our vehicle on a road trip, and ended up at LPK Friday shortly before closing. The entire staff was fantastic... specifically Suzie and Kari. They were able to diagnose the problem, and get us a rental vehicle to continue on to see our son for his first Father's Day. It was an incredibly stressful situation, and the LPK staff helped diffuse the situation and problem solve for us. They repaired our vehicle first thing Monday morning, and I was able to get my vehicle that day. I can't say enough good things about the dealership and staff!

Sales persons very helpful, used vehicles are not detailed well enough,dirty under hood, wheel wells dirty ,door jams and doors not whiped clean , interiors, vents, trim coffee dips , scuff marks from shoes on doors and console , tires worn, price is $3 k too high compared to other trucks i am currently looking at ! Trade in value about $500 low.

Every time I visit LPK it’s like going to see a friend. Never pressure me to have “extra” maintenance done-suggest it; give me options but no pressure. I really appreciate that! I will continue to take my vehicle there because of the way they treat me! Means a lot in my book to be treated with care and respect!
